Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

ORDER CHANGE 

For any reason, there have been a mistake or a change of mind, simply send us a cancel request via email along with order number within 48hours. If order has been processed and shipped already, then request will kindly be denied. Any shipping paid is NOT refundable.

RETURNS/REFUND

  1. ALL sales are final.
  2. Please note all orders are thoroughly inspected prior to packaging and shipping.
  3. Returns, refund, nor exchanges are not available

SHIPPING

We are business based on GUAM, a U.S Territory. USPS  is our main Carrier. 

We ship domestically (CNMI included), to the U.S.A.(APO/FPO/DPO as well). Upon checkout you will see the total calculation for the shipping and tax rate fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally. Please understand shipping rates will vary depending where you live. Upon checkout you will see the total calculation for the shipping fee. As for physical pick-up/checkout package where you live, Locomochiii will not be responsible for any extra fees if any from your postal offices.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

  1. All orders are shipped on business days. MON-FRI.
  2. Processing takes up to 1-3 business working days. Orders will not be shipped nor processed Saturday – Sunday and Holidays. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking number once your package is shipped.

 

WILL MY ORDER HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, all orders will be tracked and we'll notify you via email when your order has been processed and shipped.

 

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

  1. Domestic and CNMI orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. 
  2. The U.S.A will take 5-10 business days.
  3. International orders may take 1-3weeks.

**Locomochiii has no control after dispersing orders through USPS and will not be responsible for lost packages.**
